This Refund Policy applies to all services, classes, products, and purchases made through DrivePulse (“DrivePulse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a class, purchasing a service, or using our product catalogue, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

  1. No Refunds on Booked Classes
    All fitness classes, training sessions, memberships, packages, and bookings made with DrivePulse are final and non-refundable. Once a class or session is booked, no refunds, credits, exchanges, or rescheduling will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstances.
  2. Cancellations and Missed Sessions
    Failure to attend a scheduled class or session, regardless of notice provided, will be treated as a completed session. DrivePulse is under no obligation to offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed or cancelled bookings.
  3. External and Affiliate Products
    DrivePulse may display, recommend, or link to third-party or affiliate products through its product catalogue or platform. DrivePulse does not sell, manufacture, ship, or control these products. Any purchases made through external links are transactions solely between you and the third-party provider. DrivePulse does not provide refunds, replacements, compensation, or support for any products purchased through external or affiliate links.
  4. No Responsibility for Damages or Inconveniences
    DrivePulse is not responsible for any damages, losses, defects, delays, dissatisfaction, or inconveniences arising from products or services purchased through third-party or external links. Any claims, disputes, or refund requests must be directed to the applicable third-party seller or provider.
  5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
    Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to DrivePulse services. DrivePulse reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide documentation confirming acceptance of this Refund Policy at the time of purchase.
  6. Consumer Rights
    Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply, they will prevail to the extent required by law.
  7. Policy Updates
    DrivePulse reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of DrivePulse services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
